Better late than never! We’ve finally pulled together the best of the best from our September 2012 photo shoot special with Crystal Doughtie to show off for your viewing pleasure. These gorgeous ladies came to the studio and participated in one of the few day-long specials we offer. Kimberly, Christina, Constance, and Shannon look amazing, and Crystal Doughtie’s makeup really stands out. AmyRose styled Kimberly & Shannon’s hair as well. And now for the companion blog post to yesterday’s feature on Jomeka! Meet Zane: this beautiful bombshell posed for her session right after Jomeka and took it to another level! I love the pops of red and pink in her styling. My favorite shots of her are on the iconic green couch in La Photographie Studios. On today’s blog, we have Miss Jomeka. This stunner came to La Photographie Studios with her friend Zane (the companion blog post is coming up tomorrow!), and the two of them rocked it out! I love Jomeka’s style and sass. She is a hairdresser and stylist who did her own makeup, hair, and wardrobe. She brought lots of fun accessories along and we had a blast creating these images. Cecilia recently came to the studio to have a pin up calendar made for her significant other. She had her makeup done by Crystal Doughtie, and we had a lot of fun playing around with different outfits. I especially love the boudoir-style portraits in front of the vanity and the edgy lighting shots with the black lingerie. Enjoy!

I am positively in love with this session! Shan de Leers, a local performer with Music City Burlesque, came to the studio and nailed her photo shoot. Her makeup by Crystal Doughtie and hair by AmyRose Wendell were perfectly suited for the glamourous and sexy boudoir style photos we took. Shan brought some of her own lingerie and combined it with some pieces from the La Photographie wardrobe closet, including a fabulous pink bullet bra & garter belt by Secrets in Lace. Shan shows off her flexible dance skills as well as body art by local tattoo artists such as Brandon Hanna and Shannon Wages. I am sure you’ll enjoy looking at these portraits almost as much as we enjoyed creating them.

I’m excited to show off these pictures of Meagan! This gorgeous gal was a pleasure to work with and so easy to photograph! Her dark hair and blue eyes are set off perfectly by the purple set in the studio, while the Hollywood-style portraits compliment her cheekbones. Enjoy!

We’ve been waiting until after Christmas to share Lane’s gorgeous bridal boudoir portraits, because they were a gift for her new husband and we didn’t want to spoil the surprise! It’s well worth the wait, and we can’t even show you the really racy ones Alicia Maynard did a fantastic job on Lane’s hair and makeup, while the wardrobe is a combination of Lane’s personal clothing and the La Photographie wardrobe closet. Hubba hubba! I’ve been waiting to reveal these super sexy photographs of Rachael. Since she planned to give her hubby these boudoir portraits for their first anniversary, I wanted to make sure he saw them before anyone else did! This session is a great example of how a little bit of wardrobe can go a long way in a photo shoot – especially when bedsheets are used creatively. With the help of makeup artist Alicia Maynard and hair stylist Brandy Marlin, Rachael felt beautiful and empowered to pose for these amazing shots! She did a great job and I’m proud to show them off.
